Deep Night with Dale is the latest incarnation of the long-running podcast/basement talk show hosted by James Bewley in the guise of alter ego, the lovable failure, Dale Seever. Down, but never out, Dale seeks talented individuals to stay up late and be his guest in conversations about comedy, characters, and compulsions. Bewley has performed as Dale since 2002, and in that time has performed all over the country. The podcast began in 2009 and has earned rave reviews from AV Club's Podmass, TimeOut NY, and NYTimes. Previous guests include Ilana Glazer, Bridget Everett, Matt Besser, Kate Berlant, John Early, Phoebe Robinson, among many others. Free
