The Latino Comedy Project: Gentrif*cked, Nicole Calasich (SOLD OUT)

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In “Gentrif*cked” Emmy-nominated sketch troupe The Latino Comedy Project examines the causes and consequences of gentrification as it affects communities across America. The LCP asks: What happens when a community’s piñata shops are demolished and replaced with vegan cat-friendly coffeehouses? When neighborhood flea markets are transformed overnight into luxury condos? When Mexicans are replaced with obsessively dog-walking paddleboard enthusiasts? Through a dynamic mixture of live sketches and original videos, the LCP provides all the hard answers in “Gentrif*cked.” $18

SOLD OUT --  Tickets may be available at the door night-of. See http://www.sfsketchfest.com/tickets/ for info.
