Comedian, Television writer and Ed Wood superfan Dana Gould ("The Simpsons," "Stan Against Evil") brings a special adaptation of the classic film's screenplay to the stage this year at SF Sketchfest: one that involves producer and artist Pam Severns' puppetry, comedians, and wry stage directions and narration that pay tribute to the film's, shall we say, quirkier qualities. $35
